Pumping system
The pumping system is responsible for providing the required power for the entire system. It is mainly composed of hydraulic pumps, plunger pumps, pumping cylinders, pistons and valves. The reciprocating motion of the concrete piston in the cylinder and the swing of the distribution valve realize the continuous pumping of concrete.
Power system
The power system includes an engine and a hydraulic system. The engine provides power for the pumping system. The hydraulic system includes components such as hydraulic oil tanks, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic pipelines and radiators, which provide power and control for trailer concrete pumps.
Electronic control system
The electronic control system includes a control panel and a remote control system, which are mainly composed of operating elements, sensors, remote controls, and electric control cabinets. The operator controls the operation of the entire pumping system through the control panel to ensure safe and efficient work.
Chassis and traction system
The concrete trailer pump uses a trailer chassis, which is mainly composed of a car chassis, an engine, a transfer case and a drive system, etc., to support and transport the entire pumping system. The traction device connects the concrete pump to the vehicle to ensure stable movement of the equipment.
Safety system
The trailer mounted concrete pump safety system includes a pressure protection device, a sensor and an alarm system, which will automatically alarm when an abnormality is found. Overload protection and automatic shutdown functions avoid damage caused by overload work and ensure the long-term stability of the equipment.
How Does A Concrete Pump Machine Work?
The trailer mounted concrete pump mainly relies on the pressure of the oil cylinder. The mixed concrete is poured into the hopper by a mixing truck or a pump truck. Driven by the oil cylinder, the two pistons in the delivery cylinder on the hopper wall alternately reciprocate to achieve the suction and push of the concrete. When the piston retreats, the concrete is sucked into the cylinder; when the piston pushes forward, the piston pushes the concrete into the S-type distribution valve between the two cylinder heads, and moves left and right in a sequential motion through the hydraulic swing valve cylinder and electrical control, and is transported to the designated location of the construction site through the delivery pipeline.
The main working process of the cement pump trailer is five steps: feeding, suction, pumping, discharging, and cleaning. It relies on the coordinated work of the hydraulic system and the plunger pump. The reciprocating motion of the piston is used to achieve the suction and pumping of the concrete. The pumping pressure is adjusted by the pressure sensor and valve to ensure that the concrete is smoothly and stably transported through the pipeline. This efficient and convenient delivery method can greatly improve the construction efficiency and ensure the continuity and stability of the concrete.
