How to install a cement silo?
Site Preparation
According to the model, capacity, and geographical environment of the portable cement silo, infrastructure construction must be done in advance. The depth of the foundation should not be less than 1200mm. The installation location needs to ensure that the cement silo can support the weight smoothly, while also ensuring good ventilation and transportation channels.
Transportation And Assembly
Transport each component to the installation site, use a dedicated crane to lift the cement silo, and assemble the various parts of the cement silo according to the steps. The vertical cement silo needs to be erected first, and then firmly supported; A horizontal cement silo needs to be placed horizontally and assembled with a support frame. After the cement silo is fixed in place, windproof cables must be installed, and the wire rope of the windproof cable should be greater than 10mm.
